A native from Caracas, Venezuela, Angelo Torrealba is an MBA trained law practice manager and a human rights advocate.

As a Venezuelan licensed attorney, Angelo has more than two decades of vast experience in business management/legal management related to non-profit organizations, corporations, and international private law firms.

At the firm, Angelo assists with immigration and human rights matters with a concentration on affirmative asylum and foreign direct investment cases. He has experience serving as local counsel on a wide range of complex employment and business matters in Venezuela for aerospace, petrochemical and airline industry clients.

Throughout his career, Angelo has also been a strong advocate for supporting individual human rights from the international perspective.  Recently he has been advocating for the rights of individual citizens in Venezuela at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, The Organization of American States and at the General Secretary’s Office at the United Nations.

After graduating with his law degree from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela, Angelo had the privilege of working with low-income clients as well as large international corporations of worldwide presence. Torrealba subsequently earned his Masters Degree in International law, and MBA  at Latrobe University in Melbourne, Australia where he specialized in Human Right law and International Negotiation. Torrealba also worked at the Supreme Court of Victoria where he assisted the Registrar of Criminal Appeals and the Deputy Registrar. Torrealba recently earned his second LL.M from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he is also an active ambassador for The Centre of Law and Global Affairs.

Torrealba is fluent in Spanish and English and is conversational in Portuguese and Italian.
